A Great Life

If you ever wanted to know who I am, this picture says it all. Don't I look content. I was. I was doing something worthwhile, with family, with friends and without pretention.
Ike and I got to head out to Nicaragua again and we plumbed a well that all of us had drilled a year ago. Isaac worked with one of my dearest friends, Ron, who taught him about plumbing and I handled grunt plumbing and electrical with Amber, another great friend.
The mornings were slow, the days long and the nights shorter as exhaustion increased. Funny, I left the banking world 18 years ago with 12 oz. hammer that could put a frame hook on a wall. Now I have a plethora of tools, skills and do everything from teaching to computers to wells to solar power to ...
Who would have ever thought this for me? There is so much more than money and work. There is so much more. Just for fun - follows a picture
of a high and tight water tower (what am I thinking) and one of Ike - a great plumber kid.
At 12 he has a broader view of the world and life than most adults I know.
