A Great Team

There is no greater privilege than to travel with an incredible team!

My friends, your kids and spouses are all great.  Today we go to dig and tie rebar for the pillars of a mission hostel that will house hundreds of teams to come who will help our fellow Nicaraguans to evangelize their nation.

Yesterday, we went everywhere and as we went I saw place after place where generations of Northwest People have invested dollars, labor and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  I met hundreds of people in churches who all say that they owe part of their faith to my friends and family at Northwest.

They are mature; they know that their salvation is from God.  They also know that "blessed are the feet of those that bring the Gospel."  I know that too and was overwhelmed in place after place as I stood on the floors, walked on the ground and hugged the people that you have bought and brought to the Lord.

This team is incredible as are all the teams that have preceded them.  Even more overwhelming, we are only a small part of the thousands of great organizations that have given far more than we have.  Remember, the little seed you plant today just might be the church of the future.  Sit with God - but do not forget to Walk and Serve.
