Respect Others

Respect is one of the most important of all virtues.
Man’s lack of it is found in the attack of the enemy.
Lack of it divides The family and believers,
The result is disaster for us all.
Though we should not be respecters of men,
We should respect the foundations
And the fathers that God puts in our way.
Unlike the adolescent,
We should not always try to find a new way
But walk in the way
Of our godly forefathers and mothers first.

He who ignores the seasoned
Will certainly find himself longer to season.

Pequeño Hermano

How great would organizations be if we – leaders – always respected those above us, below us and around us? How great would organziations be if everyone else showed that same respect?

Respect destroys division, gossip, malice, hatred and strife among many other ills.

I have found that when I am able to truly show respect to a person, a bond is created between us that is nearly unbreakable by the forces of the enemy. Usually my disrespect of that same person is the only thing that is able to break that bond.
