He Who Fails to Speak Fails

When you critique another after a long while,
You had hope you are correct,
Else, you should not critique.
Correct or not - you have failed.
If you are correct, you have let your brother
Flounder long in error and cost the Kingdom.
If you are  not correct, you have let bitterness
Separate you from the Body.

Leaders need to learn that failure to engage in healthy conflict cost the Kingdom and the souls of the brothers and sisters.  James knew this when he wrote chapter 5 in the Spirit.

It does not matter what we think - it matters what we know from God and His Truth and His Spirit.  If we are so certain, why would we delay?  We delay because "we think" and, therefore, we should stop and put our efforts into His Work instead of our thought.  Think of the child by the cliff's edge - who hesitates to scream, run and deliver? 

Followers mimic leaders who talk small talk on the side of Life's road.  If we know someone is erring - let's save them.  If we aren't sure enough to save him from certain danger, perhaps he is not in danger and we are.
