This may be one frustrated Christian leader's attempt to help change the world of Christianity and Christian leadership...

I have been feeling the need to blog for months - I believe it is a call.  I have few of the credentials that others might tout as necessary to instruct anyone but interestingly I have studied under most of those who would present the standard that one should strive to reach.  Probably my greatest qualifications to teach are: 1) I have been called by God to do so; 2) I have no clue what I am doing so I have found it best to rely on God; and, 3) I have survived 15 years of ministry and still love it and find it cherishable.

There is a key to loving ministry and I have found it!  It is simple!  If only now I can share it!
